Exchange Policy

At KAPAAS HOUSE OF DESIGNS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer exchanges only in cases where an incorrect or defective product has been delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • You receive a wrong product.

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues.

  • Change of mind.

  • Color variations due to screen/display settings.

  • Sale or discounted products (unless damaged or incorrect).

Exchange Request Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear product images

  • Images of the defect/damage (if applicable)

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Exchange Processing Time

Once the exchange request is approved and the original product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Product Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

KAPAAS HOUSE OF DESIGNS follows an Exchange-Only Policy. Refunds are not applicable except in cases where a replacement product is unavailable.
